 Hebei Fangzheng Foundry Co., Ltd. is located in Lingshou County of Hebei Province, 45km from Shijiazhuang City. Our company has 280 employees, including 2 advanced engineers and 5 general engineers as well as 15 professional workmen, covers an area of 18,000 square meters and has productive capability of 15,000 tons each year. We have obtained import and export rights and ISO9001:2000 certificate.
Our main equipment, 2 cupola furnaces, 1 IF electric furnace, 2 mechanical molding lines for sand moulds, 1 EPS productive line, 1 mechanical molding line for resin bonded sand, 22 sets of moulding equipment with high pressure, 4 core shooters, 4 overhead traveling cranes, 5 airless shot blasting chambers, 3 rumbling mills, 10 CNC lathes, 1 CNC milling machine, 20 lathes, 3 painting lines, 1 carbon-silicon detector for on-the-spot sample analysis and 1 metalloscope, as well as 1 analyzer, physics and chemistry equipment and an advanced office system, which can produce all kinds of goods according to the standards of GB9439, GB1348, EN545, EN124 and ISO2531. Our quality control is strict; detecting means is complete and product quality is fine. All of our products have been exported to many countries and regions, such as America, Germany, Spain, France, Korea and Japan.
